It’s like taking a Japanese forest bath.
Outback’s selection of Japanese maples is the best we’ve ever seen. They propagate their own trees, and grow them in abundance. If we describe the qualities we want, and the location, they will supply us with a tree that will thrive, and which will become a feature of our garden.
Annette is wonderfully knowledgeable about plants in general, and her plants in particular. She and her family work hard to choose plants that will do well in our climate, and look good at the same time.
Their plants are healthy. We’ve never been sent home with plants that are sickly or misshapen. The more we have learned about how they transplant, propagate, and grow their plants, the more trust we have in their stock.
The advice we get from them is accurate and comprehensive. Whether it’s planting instruction, or ideas for companion plants, or suggestions for plant care, their advice works.
The entire family (staff) is warm and personable. We feel that we are more than customers, and the care we receive makes us want to come back.
